Returns & Exchanges A receipt dated with 14 days is required for all stock returns and exchanges. All items must be in original condition, uninstalled or modified. Some items are subject to a restocking fee. All close-out and ordered material are non-returnable. No cash refunds. Other restrictions may apply. Damage Immediate inspection is recommended. Defects must be reported at the time of receipt. Defective material must be returned to apply credit. Service fees may apply. Cancellations Ordered materials require authorization and are subject to service fees. Delivery signature is required at the time of delivery and pick-up. Storage Stored materials may be subject to service fees. Assembly & Installation We do not assemble or install product. Deposits All ordered products require a 50% deposit at the time of the order that is non-refundable.
